The first floor rooms at the BCS Shalom Centre provide care for the frail-aged, with provision for palliative care services as well.

The contemporary and comfortable BCS Shalom Centre has been developed around a series of "Houses" - each which contain a cluster of clients' rooms, living and dining areas, a kitchenette and access to a sundeck overlooking bushland. Adjoining each of these communal areas is another lounge which can be booked by families for private entertaining.

All clients have modern, homely single rooms, with their own ensuites.

BCS Shalom High Care provides total support for personal and nursing care, as assessed and planned with each individual and/or their family member. BCS Shalom is also well equiped to cater for clients requiring palliative care.

All clients will have regular care conferences, a process which allows us to discuss the client's current needs and whether these needs are being met.  When a client's condition changes, appropriate assessments will be undertaken to determine their care needs.
